Yeah I feel like as biking grows in popularity we're gonna need to have some (likely frictional) process to cement new norms around speed. Realistically, this probably means cops on corners. :/

A web based data mining tool for OpenStreetMap which runs any kind of Overpass API query and shows the results on an interactive map.
( overpass-turbo is a frontend for the API, to actually add nodes you have to go to https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit#map=16/45.5152/-73.5851 )
Also, does anyone know how the placement/funding for portable toilets works in Montreal? Parc Jarry has ~3 for tens of thousands of people 😅
