Neither did wii for that matter.
I sometimes wonder why AoE 1 never gets any love in the present day the way AoE 2 does.. I'm sure 2 is probably better but I just spent so much time playing 1 that it feels way better to play that now for that reason alone. I had a go at 2 when I got a disc for it with a pack of cereal once and it was good but it just wasn't right somehow, lost some of the simple charm of 1.
This seems like it makes sense on at least 2 levels, either because he's saying he at some point had the 'woke mind virus' and deleted it, or more likely he's saying this is what people need to do to 'free' themselves of the 'woke mind virus'.
You don't have to endorse it to understand it. I don't really understand Hazel's confusion.
I'd like that too, but I don't know how to program so it'd turn out to be a pretty cruel joke. I'd need that plus access to interdimensional internet so I could download scripts and be a scriptkiddy of reality.
Isn't divine powers all of these?

I loved that controller I think it's such a shame it's so universally panned. Don't get me wrong, I wish it had dual sticks and I also wish the stupid main joystick wasn't built such that it breaks terribly from normal use, I also would have appreciated if they hadn't put those stupid ridged rings on the stick that shred up your skin, but I still think it was really innovative and fun to use and for the most part, pretty comfortable including it's alternate mode of operation with the D-pad.
do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life
Yeh those sliding type battery covers, I find those pretty irresistible myself. Knew it was a bad idea and likely breaking the remote before its time when I had those but sometimes it was almost unconscious and I'd just find myself removing the cover and sliding it back on without even realising. The ADHD is strong I guess. I haven't had a TV whose remote had that style of battery cover for a long time luckily. The current one just isn't even remotely :) satisfying to remove the cover and put it back on again so it's safe from me.
I wonder what the people killed in Auschwitz would think of this guy using what happened to them to justify his own utter inhumanity.
Under the premise that eventually this endless growth cycle reaches some kind of an end point, then ultimately yes. The wealth has to keep increasing somehow. When you have saturated every market, eliminated every competitor, captured every last regulator, innovated every last facet, optimised every metric, you have to start cutting wages, or replacing labour with machines. When evey worker is replaced or the wages are less than enough for survival, no one's getting paid. Who buys the stuff?
Eloquently phrased.
You'd probably want to stagger the doses for the competitors
Took me a few goes
Wouldn't that make you unwilling?
But with the windows 95 my computer icon
Wasn't aware of the Simpsons doing it, but I thought the Family Guy reference to it was really funny.
