I ordered my daughter a pizza, something I don't usually do. I got Domino's smallest size with two toppings. I got her cheese sticks and two sauces and tipped the driver 20%. $31.07.
  • Pizza prices shot through the roof and I honestly can't say they are better than throwing a frozen pizza with some mozzarella added into the oven for less than half the total price. I don't think I have made photos, but I legit had "pizzas" where the outer 2-3 inches had no toppings, just tomato sauce burnt onto the dough.

this is central europe so frozen pizza is between 2-4 euros, 1 euro for mozzarella vs 8-10 euros for take out pizza.

it's also a lesser serving, so healthier.

  • Everything old is new again.
  • if you have your gps on in your pocket, what difference does it make whether Uber/Lyft is tracking you or Google/Apple?

assuming of course you are looking at your map, which is either google maps, waze or apple maps

  • England, France and Netherlands have qualified for RO16.

All teams are on 4 points, Hungary is 3rd on 3 points, Croatia 3rd on 2 points.

thus all teams with 4 points are guaranteed to go through if they can't finish lower than 3rd, none of these teams can.

    Red Devils Journalist Reliability Guide

    Updated

We've had a few questions about tiers so I thought it best to post this. If you can't see a source in this guide, you can assume they are not worth mentioning or they haven't been verified as a source yet.

We are not going to restrict which tiers can or cannot be posted to the community, but when you post something, please clearly indicate the Tier along with the source in square brackets, for example:

    [David Ornstein T1]

If the poster isn't in the tier list, put NT for No Tier. Also, don't post The S\*n. Fuck The S\*n.

[Match thread] Netherlands vs France (Leipzig, 21:00)
  • I think if dumfries took a step forward (as in towards his own goal and away from the french goal and maignan), it should have been given, where he stood didn't exactly line up with the path of the save, but it was close enough to block the dive.

  • [Match thread] Netherlands vs France (Leipzig, 21:00)
  • you can argue that maignan is never getting there, but that's then giving the ref the duty to assess a subjective thing like whether he thinks the GK has the ability to save it, which would become a disaster really quickly.

Objectively Dumfries physically prevents Maignan from diving for the ball, and thus it's offside and the correct call, whether Maignan "could/would/should" have saved it is irrelevant.

  • [Match thread] Netherlands vs France (Leipzig, 21:00)
  • I never thought England were favorites, on paper? sure. but with Southgate? no way.

I told my friend before it started that Germany was winning it, last tournament for Kroos and likely Muller, host nation, redemption and fuck you bayern arc for Nagelsmann. it's lazy script writing, but compelling.

  • [Journalist review] Jacob Steinberg to Tier 5 (banned)

Now that we have it confirmed that ETH is staying, it's time to address Steinberg and his coverage of United from before the FA Cup final.

Steinberg broke the news that Ten Hag was sacked regardless of FA CUP final result and thus derailed the whole conversation around the FA CUP win, even affecting the coverage.

    !

    Article: https://www.theguardian.com/football/article/2024/may/24/manchester-united-decide-to-sack-erik-ten-hag-regardless-of-cup-final-outcome

As there is no indication that Steinberg has any sources within the club, and shit stirring and clickbaiting are against my personal principles, I am of the opinion that Steinberg should be considered a banned source.

The discussion is now open if anyone has arguments for or against.
