  • Not sure. But apparently Zhou did donuts?

    https://youtu.be/U0Dx7zmkiV4

  • What was the last original movie you saw and how did you watch it?
  • The Wild Robot in theaters. Not a sequel or a remake. It is based off of a novel though.

2024 was apparently the first year where all the top-10 highest grossing movies were sequels. List doesn't include Moana 2 and Gladiator 2 which are expected to make a lot of money as well.

  • I looked at the post-race procedure notes. According to it: "After taking the chequered flag the top three (3) drivers and driver of car 44 (if outside of top tree (3)) should stay on track, drop to the back of the field and then proceed directly to the Grid where there will be the opportunity for post-championship celebrations should they wish to do so."

Departing drivers weren't allowed, but the top 3 were allowed to do donuts. They just .. didn't?

  • Oscar Piastri becomes the fourth driver in F1 history to complete every single lap in a season.
  • ... and it was close. Oscar Piastri was the last driver on the lead lap and was six seconds away from being lapped by McLaren teammate Lando Norris.

  • I was sceptical about it but Bono says a P3 is possible.

He'll need a divine SC intervention for a cheap pitstop.

  • Chaotic start!

If this is Perez's final race, what a shame for it to end this way. Man has had no luck at all.

    Piastri and Verstappen contact wew.

    Unfortunate about Bottas' start.

Gasly in 3rd! Hulk in 5th!

McLaren did good getting the front row lockout. Going to be an extremely difficult job for Ferrari tomorrow.

  • Oof not the quali that Hamilton would've wanted for his final outing with Mercedes.

Good lap by Bottas. After Zhou's points last week I'm rooting for the second Sauber to score points.

  • Firefox works fine for me so I'll stick to it. Chrome will have annotation support for those that need it though.

Google also had a lightweight PDF reader decoupled from Google Drive but it looks like it's no longer available: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.pdfviewer
