Sind meine Ohren besser geworden oder sind die Feuerwerkskörper dieses Jahr wirklich lauter als früher?

We went to some sort of party at someones home. It felt like an early 00's rural European house, maybe a farm house. With clay colored floor tiles and natural wood colored furniture and kitchen cabinets. The music wasn't so good and everybody knew, but the party was fun. The host and some people said, they can't change the music, because there is only this one CD and there is no other source. I had an mp3 player with lots of music in my pocket and mentioned it. The host pointed to his weird stereo that looked like a round tower fan, about 1m high, and said, we could play it if I get it hooked up.

We looked at its back side, but it was super complicated. It somehow took an hour to just get a cable attached. Someone got us three chairs. Now we were figuring out how to change the sound input from the only CD to the aux cable. Someone found a manual and we followed the complicated instructions entering weird button sequences choosing menu entries from it's fixed colored LED display.

Finally, when we had it set up, it was already the next morning, the party was over and an elder lady was sitting in one of the chairs with her morning tea.

We helped clean up a bit. Put the chairs and some blankets away and the dream ended.

I dreamt, soldiers in the army get points for time spent in combat, like a bonus program. They then get to use them to do command decisions, like choose a target to bomb from a list commanders are unsure about. I was a soldier and during our mission our whole troop got wiped out, except me and a seargent. This mission gave us enough bonus points to choose a target to bomb and the seargent decided to use his points to blow up the suspected base, he was now sure of, the enemies we fought used.

After it had been blown up, he asked me what I will do with my points, now that he used his for the revenge. I told him, I already used them for Nutella. "Nutella? You can use points for Nutella?" "Yes, I made the army deliver a truck load of Nutella to an orphanage."

And then I woke up.

I dreamt, there's a new EU law, that people can't choose what amount of an item they can put in their online shopping carts. It had to be random, but people would only ever pay a fixed price for any amount.

Also, I worked at some company with lots of white and grey interior. They planned to have an office party. I didn't wanna go, but a cute female colleague sat on my desk asked me if I even answer my private phone. I said "yes, if I know the number." She gave me her number. When I was about to go home, she called and convinced me to stay for the party.

I wanted to close the windows in the office to go to the party, but it was windy and the white transparent and blue opaque curtains were closed and the wind had them flapping around, so it was complicated to get them out of the way.

Finally I went to the party, but it was almost over. A male colleague with a nacho cowboy hat gave me a ginger ale. I patted him on the back and we sat at a white conference table. It had blue and yellow paper streamers over it and an almost empty snack bowl.

On my smartphone, I started online shopping for chat bots for my server. I put a random amount into the shopping basket, as per the EU law. It was an insane amount and small price. I laughed. That was like winning a lottery, so I put another random amount in the basket. The number wasn't so high, but it was still cheap overvall.

The cute girl met with me on the party. She wanted me to take her home. We took public transportation. On a big train station she suddenly panicked. We had to run from something. Her older sister was suddenly there out of nowhere. She seemed tough, strong and heroic. There was a conveyor belt bridge for people at the station. The sister hit its big red emergency halt button as we rushed, ducked past where the people would go off, so someone chasing us wouldn't see us.

I woke up.

I enjoy deleting my old posts and comments, but it's lot of work doing it individually, especially with comments. For other platforms there are apps you can login with, then delete old or all content, but I can't find one for Lemmy. Does such a thing even exist?

1. Let's say, you had a post URL on a foreign Lemmy server that is not registered with the URLs your Lemmy client handles (eg. https://feddit.org/post/1538082 ) and you don't want to make a public post with it inside.

How would you open it in your Lemmy client (eg. Jerboa or Racoon) to post a comment? Is it impossible? Does it work via your own instances web frontend maybe?

2. Let's say you have a username of a Lemmy user on another instance, eg. dogsoahC@lemm.ee , and you don't want to make a public post with it inside to create a mention as a workaround.

How can you DM them?

The area of the cooling towers of decomissioned nuclear plant Biblis has been hit by a flood, but there seems to be no threat of contamination as the area containing waste material is on slightly higher ground.

I saw this funny code block I linked, but it's missing a dollar sign when viewed in Sync.

I don't even know where to report bugs and if its github I won't because github is becoming cancer and i deleted my account.
