Notesnook FOSS and free tier is sufficient for me. I'll subscribe if I can't find a donate option.
Moved away from Joplin because it wasn't a good fit for me. The Notesnook devs seem to fit my communication style better and the Notesnook app is beautiful and the fancy features don't get in the way too much for me. Exports also make sense.
Termux to cloud provider Peergos, using their easy cli. They are privacy focused with a recent, positive audit. Some uploads (put command) fail if the folder/file size is large, but enjoying it so far overall. Would like a solution to backup/restore settings from app Canta or to backup Android settings rather than just media.
For BtB, I benefitted from learning about shitty people in history but I am realizing there was not a single episode I remember that provided nothing but futile sentiments like 'Start a revolution...Or be Contrarian...Or whatever' to thinking 'why aren't we discussing the root problem'.
The root problem seems to be unequivocally capitalism and colonialism/imperialism. Addressing the root problem presents opportunity for material gain. I haven't read sufficiently on AES or ECOWAS to form an understanding there, but I see sufficient reason to drop that podcast and enjoy my efforts from better content.
His style of writing and comedy is effective and fun but I'll look for better entertainment sources.
To my original intention for commenting, there's a lot of work to do and I think leveraging strengths of disparate groups is worth a think... Rather than having a full accord, with everyone, to make material gains.
Thanks for the explanation. I'll give it some more thought and reading.
I think the episode had an interesting/useful take on this. I still have a lot of deprogramming work to do... How bad is Robert from behind the bastards?
Here and there we can continue to build solidarity. Reaching here... and supporting local guerrilla efforts from this episode... BTB episode on local, effective militia for Disparate groups to achieve a goal
I might be missing something here. While I saw her as a humanitarian (or better than most politically) for a long time, I now view her differently. She continues to vote to send more 'aid' to Israel to further the genocide of Palestine. That makes even the most progressive of the empirical regime an agent of destruction. Maybe she would be cool when we transition away from capitalism but atm I'm not inclined to support her policies. Did she offer an alternative to the DNC that I'm missing?
Edit-these might be shitposts, so I might have not matched the vibe and context.
It does seem like this is an opportunity to again introduce meaningful solidarity. It took lots of repetition by persistent agitators for me to begin deprogramming.
