This is the order of events:
-
Eman Abdelhadi, an activist and professor of sociology at the University of Chicago, tweeted: “Oh Kamala is NOT ready for Chicago. But don’t worry; we’re ready for her."
-
Some people on twitter thought that this was a threat and called the feds.
-
A single FBI agent called Eman and asked her if she intended to hurt the democratic nominee to which her lawyer responded "no".
That is literally all that happened.
That's called "being true to his character".
!RemindMe in 5 years.
More Border Patrol agents mean less potentially violent vigilante groups.
It's obviously not the ideal solution, but it's certainly better than what's going on now.
Lower Decks is great if you're already a fan of classic trek ie TOS, Next Gen, Voyager, and DS9. I would never recommend the show to anybody who wasn't a big fan of Star Trek already as most of the really good jokes would go over their head.
Strange New Worlds is a fantastic starting point though IMO.
Microsoft chose to work with these people and accepted their faulty input. How is it not Microsoft's fault?

This thing is as reliable as you can get with reloadable parts that you can get from 3rd party vendors.
Every additional bell and whistle is an additional potential point of failure, so this thing is pretty lightweight and lacks any frills.
To be human is to hold contradicting understandings of reality in equal measure. The amount of people who hate the idea of animal cruelty (or environmental destruction for that matter), yet still consume animal products is astronomical.
The environment will never be saved by trying to convince people to not have kids. It's a biological staple of existence stretching back billions of years, and we as a species will never give that up.
Having children gives us a species a more personal stake in the planet's future, and it would be better to focus our energies on that angle instead of demonizing people who agree with you 95% of the time.
What a cliché.
My theory is that this game has been built up for so long that the entire company is riding on this, yet there is no way that this game can ever hit the needed expectations to make it worth it in the eyes of investors. So I think GTA 6 is going to sink the company because they out capitalismed themselves.
Which is why they've been dragging their feet on releasing it.
Jaws the movie is much better than the book. None of the characters in the book are remotely likeable.
The Galaxy S5 was the last of the mainline series to have a removable battery, and was thinner than the S9 which came out four years later. It also had a pretty good water resistance rating.
Any "downsides" to a replaceable battery are a myth.
There's also no reason they would think that we had claws.
This is baseless furry propaganda.
