I am not suspecting malice on your part, and i dont think that this community is OC only. For me, the timer implied that the picture was sent with an autodelete function. Wich resulted in me suspecting that this was shared without consent. In the end it is realy your decision if you leave it up or take it down out of ethical concerns.
