Qualitativ abjustierte Lebensjahre sind eine Kennzahl, die versucht Lebensjahre mit Gesundheit in einklang zu bringen. Dabei ist sie nicht unumstritten, aber einfach das beste was man hat. Sogar adipositas ist nicht wirklich schädlich(-2qualj), das ist ungefähr vergleichbar mit dem wohnen an einer Hauptstraße(-2.5qualj).
Was wirklich schädlich ist, ist bewegubgsmangel(-4qualj). Der wird in Verbindung mit übergewicht(-7qualj) fast so schlimm wie rauchen(-8qualj).
Und da liegt eigentlich das Problem. Viele übergewichtige Menschen machen keinen sport, weil wir das gesellschaftlich und schulisch in sie hineingeprügelt haben.
