I wish there was a website where people can upload and view historic photos of roads and places on a map UI
  • Very clunky on mobile and a bit unintuitive but I think it'll work

  • I wish there was a website where people can upload and view historic photos of roads and places on a map UI
  • Thay's what I was thinking. Google maps/street view only goes back to the late 00s, but I'd like to go back as far as the early 20th century if not earlier

  • I wish there was a website where people can upload and view historic photos of roads and places on a map UI

Sometimes I go past an old looking building or see some traces of old signage on a store and wonder what they used to be, especially when those traces are hard to read or obscured.

    Where are your screws, HDMI?
  • still somewhat better than micro usb...

  • I doubt future generations will have “basement dwellers” because none of us can afford to own basements.
  • where i live (texas), most houses I know don't have basements, so at least a part of texas is basement dweller free

  • Test reply, can't see gif

  • Replies and image uploads broken?

Recently I was trying to reply to a comment and it wouldn't post the reply. Today I also wanted to upload a meme but the image wouldn't upload, so I resorted to using catbox.moe. Even with that, it still insisted on generating its own broken image and the thumbnail didn't generate either

UPDATE: Apparently only GIFs and replies are broken. Uploading a JPG or PNG works fine

In the Microsoft Office certification software that my school uses, in the skill review mode, when I try to highlight something by double clicking the text, it makes the text larger.

It also happens on single click (possibly to make changing the text size easy), and you can also highlight by dragging and it'll work, but I still like to double click to highlight.

    sink rule

    lawful good: flexible, hose-like faucet

neutral good: double sink (good for washing dishes)

chaotic good: saves water (water that goes into the sink drain leads to the toilet tank)

lawful neutral: 1 lever for hot/cold, sleek design

neutral: 2 levers, less sleek, does the job

    chaotic neutral: unusual design

lawful evil: sinks too close together

neutral evil: water lands past the sink

    chaotic evil: comically small sink
