Ah okay. Hoopla might not have them then. I did find this, but I've never downloaded a comic from here before so I'm not sure if it's legit or not.
You might be able to find digitals copies of them on hoopla. It has tons of comics and it uses your library card to allow you to borrow them.

Thanks for recommending Dawnrunner. I devoured the first four after reading this post and now I'm sad that I have to wait until September for the next one. I will definitely be keeping up with the series.
