I DO think CEO's, members of the board, and rich shareholders have legislative and other protections. At the very least the ability to send lawyers to court for the rest of their lives if they had to. I believe they can get away with quite a lot, and probably make money doing it even if caught. So none of that, NONE of that means resorting to murder. There just isn't really a need to.

My point was I hope they keep stalker like a stalker game. I said it was an odd comparison because everything about max payne was not in max payne 3. They completely changed it. Alan Wake is closer to a max payne game than 3 is.

Sam Lake and Remedy made masterpieces of story telling and atmosphere. Rockstar made a third person shooter. Polished and plentiful, not a bad game at all. But it was very far removed from what made Max Payne 1 and 2 great games.
