  • Depends on the country tbf. Countries (besides the US) generally have labor rights which make working conditions not great but certainly acceptable. Hell, I'd argue the conditions a business needs to meet to fire workers are actually fairly decent over here.

  • Keep in mind in Germany this only applies to children making 100,000€ per year or more with impoverished parents provided the parents did not abuse the children. If you can prove you were abused and it would be an undue hardship to provide support then you can be exempted.

  • I disagree. A hole is only a hole when it has an uninterrupted "edge".

Drilling "two" holes that touch makes them just one (larger) hole.

As such, if you were to drill the entire pigeon away you haven't actually created a single hole. There is no pigeon anymore so there is no hole.

If we were to only allow drilling valid holes (holes that have an uninterrupted edge) then you cannot ever drill a whole pigeon away.

  • Germany's RKI doesn't recommend the vaccine for anyone below 60 except people at risk or working in medical fields, same with the flu vaccine.

Our public health insurances do not cover non-recommended vaccines as the board members are personally held liable if they cover what isn't necessary or economical. Not if they cover too little though.

As such, only a small minority of Germans have received COVID boosters since ~2022.
