The game doesn’t take itself very seriously, it’s very tongue in cheek.

In an ideal world more automation would mean benefits for everyone, however it’s currently seen as just another massive wealth transfer. It just takes jobs whether it’s capable or not and leaving us with no options.

All the while sucking up huge amounts of energy and water during a global climate crisis.
