Robert Downey Jr. Sets Marvel Return as Doctor Doom in ‘Avengers: Doomsday’

So, he's Doom from another timeline / universe where he's not(?) Tony Stark but Victor von Doom, a genius inventor who creates a suit of power armor to rule over a small country with high tech secrets (Wakanda/Latveria) and there's no Stark in that universe, it's just a What If remix merged into the MCU main timeline?

This is weird
