I have literally been told that, about myself, by conservatives. This was while I was in The Navy, and holding a Top Secret security clearance. They didn't approve of their daughter dating a "hippie." (That was their descriptor not mine.)
They didn't like having hippie semen in their daughter, who could blame them?
