I am almost certain that they're parodying liberals
I hope so. I am very sensitive to the issues of homelessness and can't afford to be pissed off all day over this. Like the social media posts about the unhoused being a "blight on society" basically triggers me.
It's definitely taking the piss out of liberals being the worst and then feeling morally superior
