Cross stitch is fairly simple, it is mostly a matter of persistance. You follow someone else's pattern which is the real talent.

I actually have another Christmas cross stitch too, but I ignore the fact that it is supposed to be a Christmas design and it is up all year - it is much larger, and a lot of the design is beaded as well.
