At that point avoiding using those words entirely seems like a better way. Could have just stopped at lawsuits. The rest is implied and considering the source most people are very aware.
It is a cowardly act to not use words when they are useable and applicable, especially when discussing heinous actions. To not is to brush such actions under the rug.
But then they wouldn't get to talk in 1337speak like a cool cyberpunk hacker.
Just as they can choose not to. That's the beauty of free will.
