You can probably contact them on Matrix, but as far as I know lemmy.ml no longer accepts to create new communities.
They want to stop growing at the "dead population" stage, eh? Odd choice, but aight
They are rather pushing for communities creation on other instances. They are already busy with the development of the platform, and other people are doing a good job at managing instances
It's also why I chose this instance. Stick with the devs and let other people deal with the drama.
Funny implication that .ml users are not dramatic.
Probably true lol. It seemed to me that the drama level would be lower here.
