Which one? There have been quite a few!
n-1 meeting where n is the current one.
At the meeting directly prior to the current one?
If meeting happen weekly just say 'at the meeting we had one week ago'. Or however long it has been since that meeting.
All previous meetings have been prior to our current meeting.
