  • ah what a classic shit move. definitely find a new job now, nobody actually gets off a PIP.

    • the only way to technically get off one is to do an internal lateral move, that's how I escaped mine.
      went from admin to a phone pig and impressed in my first month, because of the change of reporting command I got it closed

      but yeah, this is a fuckin regular corporate move to get back at you for taking mental health leave and i've seen it happen multiple times to others. only real option is to move sideways or out
