I disagree on the questionable manager part.

Bad owners.

Weak board.

Deteriorating stadium.

Poor training facilities.

Questionable manager.

Consistently buying bad players.

Bad existing squad.

Players with real attitude issues.

One scandal after another.

We're a mess
