Opinions on classic/NY vs. Basque cheesecake?
I'm probably just a Neanderthal, but I need that ooeygooeyness of the classic. I will always enjoy the basque, but I'm picking the classic if both are in front of me.
The crust makes the cheesecake. Pass on Basque
I've made Basque style cheesecakes with a crust a few times, it's worth trying to see if you like it!
