So in this latest tit-for-tat, the "terrorist organization" precisely targeted a military vehicle.

Then, "the most moral army in the world" responded by dropping internationally banned chemical agent on a few towns.
- WP isn't banned outright, using it on people is a war crime though.
  
  what's the difference? other than being pedantic?
So are they at war now?
- If they were at war this would be a war crime as I understand it. For now it's just a sparkling atrocity.
