Beat someone to death with it while storming your country's top government building trying to overthrow said government.
Just add some treason/insurrection on top.
We already had that in the US. Turns out, not as illegal as you might think.
It is, but the punishment just isn't let them hang in the gallows type of thing that some people were hoping for.
