Vegetables. And fruit. They're obviously very healthy - essential even. I have them in almost every meal, but I hate the taste of all of them. Apart from potatoes I suppose, but all the others.
I don’t know if this is of any help, but herbs when cooking things like broccoli in the microwave works wonders.
Also: if you pan fry zucchini or paprika, use butter or olive oil, or even roasted sesame oil, and give it some nice dark spots.
