During its Monday night meeting, the board amended and approved a draft recommendation on closing the field permanently to parking starting Sept. 4
Big changes...shuttle buses, payment, etc. I don't even go to Zilker any more except for Barton Springs since it's impossible to park there and there are many local parks around anyway.
