Very weird and surprising to see a complete lack of materialist scholarship! Especially considering I'm always hearing workers IRL talk about their struggle. That's why Marxists consider the proletariat to be the most progressive class, workers are excited to be learning and applying about materialism each and everyday.

I am always overhearing them always talking about new innovations that can enrich their lives, I have never heard a gamerchair socialist talk about stuff like new sustainable HVAC technology or new types of fabric that can keep people cool under the looming global warming holocaust or whatever.
