I have chronic mental illness. I've tried everything from typical therapy and meds. The current platform for treating mental illnesses is beyond broken and quite simply doesn't work. At all. It may calm the symptoms for a short while and just essentially numb you but eventually you "snap" again. It's an insanely difficult vicious cycle. One that leads to suicide, death by police, death due you not being able to take care of yourself and eventually your health fades.
And those closest to me are beyond over my shit. They will say just go to a Dr and therapist. Lol, been there done that. My last hope of healing is psychedelic assisted therapy. I just can't afford it atm. But one day soon I plan on going to Mexico for dmt or ibogaine assisted therapy. There is no get well soon. However I have hope fir this type of therapy
