Talks about South and North Korea, China, Japan. No mention of Taiwan.
- The statement criticised what it called Beijing's "provocative" behaviour in the South and East China Seas, joint military exercises with Russia and the rapid expansion of its nuclear weapons arsenal.
  
  Pretty easy to read between the lines on this one. Neither side needs to mention Taiwan in order to know what this is really about.
Largest military in the world warns of threat from other militaries.
- Actually China has the largest military in the world.
  
  I meant by funding. Raw people power does not matter as much in modern warfare.
Note the fact that US never grant TW statehood nor independence. Taiwan is the only pitiful political entity in first island chain that has no US military base, the cost of which TW will be happily to pay.

TW has been buying US weaponry since after WWII. But most purchases undelivered, very much delayed, or in the form of delivering outdated weapons.
