I'm using an app that's meant to help me stop and just to tell me when there is a problem. I don't think they got everything right but some stuff yeah their basically right. Just the fact that I view this much really is something. But is it really that problematic?
If you're using an app to help stop, you already have an answer and no word salad is going to tell us anything more than it tells you. I don't care what kind of legal porn you watch or how often. What you shared doesn't even say how much, just terms.
So you think you have a problem and... what? You want someone to talk you out of it? Not my place, but good luck negotiating this aspect of your life and hopefully you are satisfied by whatever conclusion you come to.
Broke: I need more surveillance to help me stop consuming porn because of my dopamine levels
Woke: I look at nudes that were shared without extortion involved, with myself or the public, because I understand the guilt comes from participating in the violation of other people's consent and boundaries
The image only contains consenting adults who look very happy to be with each other (the perspective on the muzzles could use a little work though), so no, not very problematic. It is problematic if you're making an active effort to stop browsing porn and you still got far enough for your web browser to load that text.
Ask yourself: do you watch porn to get off, or do you watch porn because you like the act of watching porn and not primarily the getting off. If it‘s the latter in my opinion it‘s time for change.
