Look at it all. The low-res background that doesn't scale right. All the styled UI as just tables of images. The awkward typography.

This is still accessible from a Dreamcast if you have a working one! I did that at the beginning of this year. Requires either a broadband adapter or a DreamPi (that's what I used). You might be able to use the built in modem if you have a landline, but I didn't try that.
