white peoplesuburban and rural votes and not letblack peopledensely populated urban populations steer the country!I honestly don't know how anyone can defend a system where the combined states of Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota and Idaho has less population than 3 out of 5 boroughs of New York City yet are represented by 10 senators, fully 1/10th of the highest legislative body of the country.
