No, all the old cheats are still there!
This is just the new ones. And not even all the new ones, because there's also "ALL YOUR BASE ARE BELONG TO US" which gives you just a UFO (like the ones mentioned in DEVASD) which plays the X-files sound effect when clicked.
(Also side note: cheat codes are now no longer case-sensitive.)
