Might help a bit in lower MMR brackets, but it's really the rest of his kit that's so strong. The top players consider the ult build a meme. I think they barely use it.
Now, I neither play Seven nor am I a top player, but that's what I've been told.
I think the only one that surprises me here is Grey Talon. You can absolutely mop the floor with him if you build him up right. My guess is people pick him expecting something like Hanzo from Overwatch. It was my first thought and I had to rethink my build halfway through my first game with him.
Also people be sleeping on Paradox. That switcheroo ability is my jam.
Feels right. As much as I wanted to try and build/play some kind of support or utility, the character balance just wildly favours hard-carries with ults that pretty much guarantee at least one kill.
I think if they can tweak for some more reasonable support/utility then we'll see better outcomes across the board
Bebop having a lower winrate is crazy to me, because on first look he feels like the most powerful character in the game. Huge burst potential, and a single hook can win a team fight.
His wind up weapon deals a lot of damage if you can hold it over an enemy long enough. Normally though you'd want to hook someone, apply a bomb, then uppercut. That alone can deal 50%+ of an enemy's HP, and having teammates with you can almost guarantee a kill.
