DA should be charged as an accessory. Sex crimes aren't typically an isolated event, especially when the perpetrator gets away with it the first time.
I’m also angry that the DA took no action, but I found it hard to fault her when it was just the word of a convict who might be motivated by recent punishments. I would fault all the staff who didn’t speak up who (allegedly) knew about it for sure, though.
