Probably better on one of the NSFW Mastodon instances, kinkyelephant or kinkybusiness.
Only place I know in the US is CKJ studios in Florida, which seems more focused on shibari exhibitions when they mention it. It's like an "exhibit with class that runs for the week or so the exhibit is running".
