Central Europe braced for worst flooding in years
Sandbags are being prepared in Austria, Czech reservoirs emptied, and flash floods expected in Poland.
At least this time it is taken more seriously than in 2002.
So will this be the fifth "once in a century" flooding since the beginning of this century?
14 0 ReplyI recently listened to a podcast about food prevention, and one mayor went on record saying they don't want to build floodplains to alleviate flooding issues downriver because the last flood originated somewhere else.
