Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi, a resident of Oklahoma City, was charged with conspiring to carry out a terrorist attack on behalf of ISIS, according to federal prosecutors.
Tawhedi’s arrest comes amid rising concerns about the potential for political violence surrounding next month's election.
