Telegram is sending login OTP in app message itself! So i am not able to login!

i am not login in any telegram application right now desktop, web, mobile but telegram is still sending OTP in telegram message which i can't access!

why they are not sending me OTP as SMS nor they are giving me any other options

i think on phone app it forces sms instead of existing code. try logging in one a phone.
- I also tried it on phone but same thing happen, telegram is saying to check the message on telegram app for OTP
