His company name even had Super Mario in it 
No photos because I'm not a cop, but full support for this guy for appropriating Nintendo IP

There was a pizza place like that not far from where I live; but it’s changed now. Nintendo has eyes everywhere…
I saw a tow truck painted like Lightning McQueen a while ago, appropriating Disney IP is even higher level to me.
