I've been using SoundHound for years but it's not open source.

Open source may be difficult as it will need some AI for identification.

Hope to find out I'm wrong.
My pixel does 'now playing' which i think you can use as always on or clickable.
- Not an application
- How do I install it on my non-pixel phone?
