He has policies? Actually he has harper's policies as he is harper's lap dog.
I always hear him talking about common sense policies but he never actually says what they are.

I think common sense is used as a Rorschach test in this situation because he can not talk about his policies and let supporters fill in the blanks and see what they want to see.
