So what, you'd rather just cook alone in silence?
That would be preferable to tinnitus.

My knives just whisper, "Thanks for keeping me as sharp as I can be! I appreciate doing my job for you."
Though the same could be said for most of my machines since I am literally an apprentice or jack of all trades, and a master of a few.
