Careful, because this might blow your mind:
In theory, all rainbows are double rainbows, but since the secondary bow is always fainter than the primary, it may be too weak to spot in practice.
It's just like "the sun is always shining behind the clouds" and "its always 'time for drinks' somewhere on the planet ".
