Johnnie To is incredibly underrated
Terribly underrated in the West. He always delivers though. He's definitely one of Hong Kong's most consistent filmmakers.
Definitely not a balls-to-the-wall actioner, but Johnnie To's love letter to judo should satisfy your martial arts cravings.
