Maybe it's just me. But I find the coolness of authentic full plate armor very attractive.

You could randomize the order of the labels and it would still be true. The main difference between lewd and non-lewd isn't the amount of clothes, but the way the clothes hug to the body. If you're confused how a person would ever get their body into their clothes, they're actually already naked and the artist just doesn't want to admit it yet.
So in a way, it's the Dark Souls armor that is the real fanservice here.
But the clothes on the far left are not unrealistic to get into: they could either be a bit stretchy or if not stretch they could have some string in the back to tie after getting in to then make the clothes hug the waist. I have both types at home but the second type is from a ren-faire
Have you seen Shojo lately? Some of their designs be looking like they belong in Shonen or Harem.
