Galaxy S22 facing bootloop, stuttering issues after One UI 6.1-based update

Several Galaxy S22 series users have started complaining about bootloop and stuttering issues after they installed the One UI 6.1.1 update.

The photo used isn't Galaxy S22...

I had the same boot loop on my A51, from this update.
Repeatedly deleted cache from the rescue menu, and started the app optimisation. Eventually it came up again.
