Do the Russian people care much about this oil spill?
The Black Sea is their one and only domestic summer holiday destination... Used to be.
They call it The Blacker Sea now.
Some do, and there are local volunteers trying to clean up, which is very tough work. But they don't have the proper equipment, so it's probably not very efficient.
